GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is to assist with marketing and client relations tasks while providing superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. Position requires employee to perform marketing and client relations-focused tasks, including, but not limited to, seminar event management, client event preparation and management, incoming client calls, database management, client appointments coordination, and other duties as assigned. This position is based in Marietta, GA, with work in our Alpharetta office, and throughout Metro Atlanta, including evening events (between 4-6 per month).


JOB DUTIES:

MARKETING:

  • Implement marketing plans as assigned by Headquarter office at a local level.
  • Create social media content aligned with brand voice and goals.
  • Assist with weekly newsletter and developing email marketing and drip campaigns. (e.g. Mailchimp, Snappy Kraken)
  • Supporting branding consistency across all platforms and materials.

SEMINARS & EVENTS:

  • On-site seminar event management
  • Seminar set-up and appointment setting at event
  • Ensure all equipment works and deliverables are prepared for seminar nights.
  • Call to prequalify seminar leads as soon as they are registered
  • Attend dinner seminar nights and client events and fulfill duties of events.
  • Assist in planning, coordination, and communication of all client events and Quarterly Client Breakfasts.
  • Assist in planning and executing all team events (e.g. Christmas party, team development events)
  • Enter all event metrics into tracking tool

CLIENT RELATIONS:

  • Contact prospective clients generated through workshops, webinars, networking events, and referrals to establish initial connections.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client goals, needs, and financial profile (as applicable).
  • Enter and maintain accurate notes in the CRM system, documenting lead sources, interactions, and next steps.
  • Ensure timely, professional follow-up with all workshop and event attendees to strengthen engagement and build relationships.
  • Prepare detailed briefing notes for advisors, providing a clear overview of client needs prior to consultations.
  • Coordinate scheduling of introductory meetings between qualified leads and advisors.
  • Support lead nurturing efforts by providing educational resources, follow-up materials, and relevant firm information.
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics, offering insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Greet clients and guests in the Alpharetta office, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience upon arrival.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working knowledge of software and marketing tools (Microsoft Office 365, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
